Terms of Service

Unauthorized copying, modification of our Applications, any part of our Applications, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of our Applications, translate our Applications into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to our Applications remain the property of iTime.Jacky.

We are dedicated to ensuring that our Applications are as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, we reserve the right to modify our Applications at any time. If we introduce any charges for previously free services, we will provide you with clear notice before such charges take effect, and you may choose to discontinue use.

Our Applications store and process personal data that you have provided to us in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to our Applications. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and may result in our Applications not functioning correctly or at all.

Please note that our Applications utilize third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. Below are the links to the Terms and Conditions of the third-party service providers that may be used by our Applications:

Some functions of our Applications require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. We cannot be held responsible if our Applications do not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance.

If you are using our Applications outside of a Wi-Fi area, please be aware that your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. Consequently, you may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage during the connection to our Applications, or other third-party charges. By using our Applications, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use our Applications outside of your home territory (i.e., region or country) without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using our Applications, you assume that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.

Similarly, we cannot always assume responsibility for your usage of our Applications. For instance, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Service, we cannot be held responsible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iTime.Jacky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Applications.

In terms of our responsibility for your use of our Applications, it is important to note that while we strive to ensure that they are updated and accurate at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. We accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on this functionality of our Applications.

We may wish to update our Applications at some point. Our Applications are currently available as per the requirements for the operating system (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of our Applications to) may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to continue using our Applications. We do not guarantee that we will always update our Applications so that they are relevant to you and/or compatible with the particular operating system version installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to our Applications when offered to you.

We may also wish to cease providing our Applications and may terminate their use at any time without providing termination notice to you. Unless we inform you otherwise, upon any termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must cease using our Applications, and (if necessary) delete them from your device.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through friendly negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the Chengdu Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its rules then in effect. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

We may periodically update our Terms and Conditions. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and iTime.Jacky regarding your use of our Applications and supersede any prior agreements between you and us.
